Logan Fahey

Logan is an experienced business professional, social entrepreneur and consultant with proven success across multiple industries. He is currently the principal of Fahey Advisors, where he focuses his time on advising small businesses in areas of social impact, marketing and sales, and overall operational management. He is a firm believer in not just developing a strategy or solution but also guiding clients through the full implementation phase to ensure enduring, holistic success.

Logan started his career working for Prudential Financial. He soon realized his true passion resided in the intersection of business and social impact and went on to work for True North. It was there that he successfully launched his first social venture, which continues to provide significant revenue and programmatic support for the organization today. Also during his time at True North, Logan served as the Interim Executive Director, helping bridge the gap over the course of a leadership transition.

From True North, Logan led the Dalton Foundation, a multimillion-dollar organization focused on women and children, healthcare and reentry. During his tenure with the foundation, Logan launched several social enterprises (including New Vista Properties), launched an online reentry platform known as ReLink.org, and assisted in the launch of New Vista Consulting.

Logan went on to lead the social enterprise division of Towards Employment, Inc., a 40-year-old workforce development agency. In this position, Logan developed and co-founded Bloom Artisan Bakery & Café, a for-profit social venture with two locations in the heart of Downtown Cleveland, and a robust catering and wholesale division. Bloom quickly became a true Cleveland success with multiple locations, thousands of customers and a recognizable brand within the social enterprise sector.

Logan is actively involved in the social enterprise sector including as a Board Member with the Social Enterprise Alliance and as a Member of the Social Enterprise World Forum. In addition, Logan helped found the Social Enterprise Accelerator (SEA Change).

Recently, Logan has partnered with internationally renowned artisan bakery specialist, Maurice Chaplais, and they are currently working to build successful social ventures throughout the United States using Chaplais’s acclaimed bakery/café model. They are carrying out their inaugural joint project in St. Petersburg, FL.

Logan has been recognized as a serial social entrepreneur and has received significant acclaim for his many projects. He hopes to leverage his track record and experience to help other entrepreneurs and small businesses achieve the same success.
