One ofits key turnarounds was Landmark Lawn andGarden Supply, which was transformed throughstrategic consolidation, cost reductions, and aninnovative e-commerce platform, generatingmillions in new revenue and SGA improvements.
In 2019, Logan led the acquisition of RobinAutopilot, a robotic lawn care company. Under hisleadership, the company transitioned into aRobotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, attracting strategicpartnerships, including with Husqvarna Group.
